• said in an undertone
• gasped
• hinted
• said low
• said into someone’s ear
• said softly
• said under one’s breath
• said in hushed tones
• insinuated

I finally realized why people not to tell you to wear your heart on your sleeve. 

Your sleeve can be easily ripped off and taken from you at any given time. Ripped right from you. Sure you can stitch it back on and repair it, but the scar is still there, visible for everyone to see. Theres a reminder of how it was once taken from you. 

Wear your heart somewhere else.. and don’t give in too easily.
